30 Day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all game purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact the support department at support-whd@gamecentersolution.com.
Be sure to include your first and last name, the game you purchased, the date of purchase, the Order ID from your receipt and the reason for returning the game.
Every effort is made to respond to all e-mails within 2 business days.
Game Re-Registration
When you buy a game through Thinking Is Fun, you are entitled to install it on any computer you own, forever. That's right, you never have to buy the same game twice for your own use.
To re-register a game:
- Download and install it onto your computer
- Run the game
- Click "Already Paid"
- Enter your activation code
Note, an internet connection is required, as the game needs to connect to our server to unlock.
